2023 REGATTA WRAP UP

It happens every year, but this year more so..After a great party, a day on the water, and then another great party, I just need a day to rest, gather my thoughts and put together a summary email.  And then, all of a sudden, it’s November…..  How did that happen? We had a great party

Despite a rain delay, it was truly one of our best Regattas ever! Congratulations to our Race Winners – BKSK in the J-80 class and Halatsis Architect as defending champion in the J-24 ClassAnd huge props to Allen + Killcoyne, our fundraising champion! Thank you all!

We are so happy to continue our relationship with Hudson River Community Sailing, and they will be hosting the Regatta again this year. That’s not news, why would we change something that works so well. The news is that we will be racing from the Dyckman Marina, like we did in 2021. It turned out

2021 Recap

Our expectations this year were low – we hoped to get a dozen boats participating, and to raise maybe $75,000 – Instead, we had 16 boats, and the fund raising tally stands at a little over $113K – an incredible result.
