The New York Architects Regatta Foundation is excited to announce that the 2026 New York Architects Regatta will take place on September 23–24, 2026.

The event will begin with a pre-race gathering and skippers’ meeting on Wednesday, September 23, at the New York Yacht Club. Racing will take place on Thursday, September 24, in the Lower Hudson River and New York Harbor aboard boats provided by Hudson River Community Sailing, sailing from their 26th Street boathouse in Chelsea.

The Regatta brings together architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and other members of New York’s AEC community for a day of friendly competition, professional networking, and charitable fundraising in support of organizations that expand access to the waterfront.

No sailing experience is required. Each boat is accompanied by a professional instructor, making the event accessible to both experienced sailors and first-time participants.
