We are, as of today, 8 weeks away from the 2017 Regatta, and good things are starting to happen.  16 firms have already registered, several new and returning sponsors have committed, people have started talking, and a few, at least have started making arrangements for practice sails.  Its going to be a great year.

The big new thing this year is the addition of crowdsourced fundraising.  Several of the competing teams have committed to raising funds, and the early results are impressive.  Check out their progress here:
