The 2017 NYARC was a record setting success, no matter how you measure it.
The Industry Partners Regatta had nine boats sailing – not quite double the 2016 IPR. Two challenging races against the current were completed before a series of rain clouds signaled that the time had come to head to the Cocktail Party. Returning Champion Affinity Building Solutions successfully defended their title, followed by EJ Electric, and newcomer Thornton Tomasetti

On Thursday, the Architects met on the race course for the 17th Annual Architects Regatta. After several short delays, to allow commercial traffic to clear the course, 20 teams began their battle against the implacable Hudson River tidal flow. Two races were completed, ending in a 4 way tie for Second Place. But it was BKSK that took the gold. BKSK also won the fund raising challenge. Coincidence?
